Contest Terms and Conditions
- You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. If you are under this age you can submit via an adult over the age of 18.
- You allow Poplar River Condos and its management company Cascade Vacation Rentals to use the information you provide as outlined in our privacy policy.
- Please do not post any photographs or content that are obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or that otherwise violates any local or international laws.
- By submitting photos to Cascade Vacation Rentals Photo Contest you confirm that you: are the only author of your work and the sole copyright holder.
- Cascade Vacation Rentals reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply with any of the above, even after the entry is submitted to the competition.
- Cascade Vacation Rentals respects the photographer’s rights and does not claim copyright over images submitted to this contest. You, the author, retain full copyright in each entry. Whenever your image is published by Cascade Vacation Rentals, you will be credited.
- By entering this contest, you agree that any image you submitted may be used by Cascade Vacation Rentals solely for marketing and promotional purposes.
- CVR employees and their families are not eligible.
